MJE13005 - Bipolar Transistor TO-220

Description

The MJE13005 is a Switchmode Series NPN Power Transistor for use in high-voltage, high-speed, power switching in inductive circuits. They are particularly suited for 115 and 220V switchmode applications such as switching regulators. Also inverters, DC-DC converters, Motor controls, solenoid/relay drivers, and deflection circuits.
