Semiconductors are materials that have conductivity between conductors and nonconductors or insulators. These are the keys to almost all parts of modern electronics technology. Our semiconductors include transistors, diodes, transducers, integrated circuits, SCRs, and many others. All of these devices use semiconductor technology.
