The Heat Transfer Compound is a heat conducting paste that facilitates heat transfer from semiconductors to heatsinks. This particular compound contains 25% silver for more efficient heat transfer than standard compounds. It comes in a small, ready-to-use syringe.

Note: The silver heatsink compound does conduct electricity, and care should be taken when being used.
