Description
The MAX700CPA is an integrated Power-Supply Monitor featuring reset supervisory circuits designed for monitoring power supplies in microprocessor (µP) and digital systems. Its RESET/RESET outputs remain reliably in the correct state even when VCC voltages drop as low as +1V. This device offers exceptional circuit reliability and cost-efficiency by eliminating the need for external components and adjustments when applied to +5V-powered circuits.
